The Notification and Records Request
With your permission, we will prepare the termination letter and initial record request. We have worked with most management firms in Florida so you can expect a timely and orderly transition. We begin the day you sign your agreement with us and, like all of our services, you can expect the utmost care and attention to important details. We do an immediate review of the insurance policy to ensure continued coverage and put together a Receivables status report containing the lien and foreclosure activity. In addition, Vanguard compiles the list of vendors to notify them of the change and our address and also a list of the owner’s addresses to introduce ourselves to your community. We’ll even take care of your bills by depositing money to your open Association bank accounts.

Strong Communication Skills
The Board can expect timely and consistent reporting with financials delivered within 10 business days. Custom property inspection reports tailored to your association are included in each report. The members can expect emails returned daily and phone calls twice a day. All website inquiries and ACC requests go directly to the manager.
