First, if this is your first or even second letter on a matter, please do worry or over react to this matter. This is merely an informational contact from the community to remind you of its policies, rules and guidelines. Almost everyone gets these letters and the only time you really need to worry is if you are not correcting a problem that you are aware of and that you are not letting the community know why the problem is not being addressed.

Your community documents set forth the rules that the Board of Directors develop procedure and policy for. We attempt to follow these guidelines and send out letters to alert the owners when they are not following them.
