Payments & Coupons


Your Community will not allow us to accept payments at our offices, unless you have an actual statement that says to send it to our offices. Your payment must be accompanied by a coupon and addressed as instructed by the coupon book 

  • When a check is mailed to our offices, we must create a deposit slip and mail it to the very location that you were required to mail it to with your coupon. Bringing it to our office will delay your deposit and may result in a late fee or violation notice.

If You Need a Coupon Book...

  • We will take one payment while your coupon order is being processed.  Follow these instructions to ensure your payment is properly posted to your account. Link here for a form that may make the process easier for you.
  • Please make out the check to your community.
  • Please be very detailed.  We manage many communities with similar names such as Raintree Village 1, 3, 4 and 9. We also manage Raintree manor 3; another similarity is Meadowood and Meadowglen.  So please give us the full legal name of your community.
  • Put your account number on the check if you know it. Include your phone number, fax and email address so that we have your contact information. 
  • If you are a new owner include your closing statement.
  • Address your envelope to the name of your community, just like your check, 9300 N 16 St, Tampa, FL 33612.  Att: Payment or Coupon Order.   

 

  • Coupon Information
    Coupons cost $10 and that $10 will be applied to your account.  Link here to complete a request for your coupon order.


Auto Pay Information
Never worry about mailing another payment or ever getting a late fee.  Complete this form to have your association fees deducted from your account automatically whenever they are due.  Assessments are deducted on the third of the month for whatever months they are due.

Paying by Charge Card, CheckFree
We are happy to announce you have the ability to pay your assessments online through e-check, debit or credit card!  Please go to www.tenantplust.com and get started.  You can set up recoccurring payments through the "Autopay" feature or you can log in and pay your assessment online manually 24 hrs a day from anywhere.  For those with no computer, call Tenantplus at 1-800-207-7368 and make a payment over the phone.  Vanguard Management also offers auto pay through your association bank.  All you need to do is fill out the form and send a voided check to our office.  Click here to get started today.

Waiving Late Fees
If you would like us to waive this policy one time because you are ordering coupons and awaiting the arrival of the book, we will be glad to do so.  Complete this request.
