Your Manager
- We reward your Manager by allowing the Manager to share in the success of the team.
- The Manager's salary is based upon what your Association pays in fees to the Management Company.
- Accordingly, there is a cost for mismanagement resulting in the loss of a client.
- Your Manager is required to meet quality service standards.
- Awarding a new client to a Manager is a bonus for their timely and quality service to their current clients.
- Unlike other companies, properties are never forced on a Manager.
- We demand that our Managers have family time and a well-balanced life.
- We meet with our Managers regularly to determine the quality of service they provide.
