This information is to help you understand the many ways that you can get what you need the first time you either check our site or call us. 

The few minutes that you spend reviewing this information will save you a lot of aggravation and frustration....and time!

Practically all services that an owner, a resident, buyer, seller, lender would need are located in Owner-Resident Services of the Main Menu Bar on the Vanguard Management Group Web Site.

Furthermore, if your community has its own web site, you may select the drop down Owner-Resident Services of the Main Menu Bar  to access it.

 By Interactive Voice Messaging (Telephone)

 Many informational messages are available. Research indicates that residents find this to be a quick and convenient alternative for those who are not comfortable accessing the internet. It is also helpful for those wishing to access information during the day in work environments that do not permit internet access.  Furthermore, any topic, application, or form is available by fax immediately which is referred to as fax on demand.

Regardless of whom you speak to at Vanguard Management Group or whether you access the website, customer care personnel or InfoTele, you will get what you called for the first time.  We respond with prompt, professional service.

When you phone our offices, if you do not select an extension of a specific person, you will dial 260 to be directed to the service alternatives as listed below.  Our Customer Care Techs will be on hand to help you immediately, but if busy, you will still receive immediate service. You may also dial this toll free number (888) 863-1267 if what you need is listed below.  See the directory below and dial your extension at any time during the introductory message.

  • Emergencies, Repair or Maintenance – dial 1
  • To schedule an appointment with personnel, to reserve a clubhouse, acquire a key, decals, gate openers, an architectural request,to get general mailing or driving directions to our offices, dial 2
  • For  coupon orders, paying your dues, discussing an attorney letter or late fee; receiving a history of your account, or if you are a new resident, dial 3
  • To discuss a violation letter; report a violation or abuse by a neighbor, tracking towed vehicles or questions for your property manager dial 4
  • Any item relating to screening applications, information or status; for the needs of buyers, lenders, title companies and realtors;  community documents, and insurance or closing information dial 5
  • If you are calling our Fax-On-Demand services, dial 6.  If you forgot your document number, document numbers will be provided.

When navigating InfoTele, these rules apply:

-       From any message at any time, you may dial 708 to  immediately reach our offices. 

¨      You can dial # at any time during a message to begin replaying the message. 

¨      Dialing 9 will return you to a previous menu where you may select another option. 9 will back you out of the information message into the previous one.

¨      Some informational messages allow you to receive that information, forms and applications by fax.  When a message or form is available by fax you will be instructed to phone a toll free number and dial 6.  You will be asked to input your ten digit fax number and a document number to quickly receive detailed information, applications and forms by fax.

¨      Whenever we offer you information by fax; we also provide a means for you to get it by mail and email.

¨      Most forms and information offered here are available at our offices.  But we encourage you to save gas and time by using the tools we have put at your disposal. 

¨      If you are in our area and want to pickup the information, it will most likely be available but no one will be available to assist you in filling these out.  All forms come with easy to read information and instructions.  If you still have questions, we will schedule time for you.  Unscheduled appointments are not possible. We serve over 8000 residents and meet many each day.  Those who do schedule appointments are not tolerant of walk-ins taking up their appointment time.
