Coming from the East…….

This message center will give you driving directions from the east, say Temple Terrace or Busch Gardens.

First, before you come, is someone expecting you?

The last thing that we want to do is to insult or offend you. Before you drive all this way, please be aware that.

• You may not drop off payments at our offices without prior permission
• You may pick up forms at our offices.
• You may not reserve the clubhouse, pick up keys or transact any business without an appointment.  For security purposes, keys, gate access, decals etc. are issued by mail after the applicant meets all criteria 
• You may not meet with the managers or office personnel without an appointment.
• You may drop off forms at our offices if they are specifically addressed to the name of the community or the person requesting them.

Our address is 9300 North 16^th Street; Suite 101, Tampa, Fl.  33612. 

Now for the driving directions:

• We are located in central Tampa just north of Busch Blvd on 16^th Street. 
• We are located between I-275 and Busch Gardens. 

• From Temple Terrace or the East side of town, head west on Busch Blvd toward I275.
• You will pass Busch Gardens; pass a Walgreen’s and an Arby’s. 
• You will come to 16^th street. 
• It has a mini-storage facility on one corner and an Interstate Battery plant on the other.
• You can only turn right.  There is no left turn. 
• Go one block.  We are the first of two office buildings on left. 
• Park and come in the office.  There is no name on the building, but the address is 9300 and that is on the building.  We occupy the entire building.

Again, please accept our sincere apologies for the information preceding the driving directions, again, the last thing that we want to do is to insult or offend you by turning you away if you come without an appointment.

Now for the driving directions coming from the west – Dale Mabry, Downtown, Town N’ Country.

• We are located in central Tampa just north of Busch Blvd on 16^th Street.  
• We are located between I-275 and Busch Gardens. 

Now for the driving directions:

• First get to either Nebraska and Busch Blvd or I-275 and Busch and then head East on Busch Blvd heading toward Hwy 301 or I-75.
• Make note that we are less than a mile from I-275 and Busch.
• You will cross the railroad tracks on Busch within a mile from where you started.
• Within one block of the railroad tracks, you will come to 16^th street. 
• It has a mini-storage facility on one corner and an Interstate Battery plant on the other.
• You can only turn left.  There is no right turn. 
• Go one block.  We are the first of two office buildings on left.
